Caractéristiques structurelles et fonctions des équipements
(1) Forme structurelle : La machine adopte une disposition verticale, alimentation manuelle, transporte automatiquement le produit vers la station de tuyauterie d’expansion, déplace automatiquement le produit hors de la tuyauterie d’expansion vers la station de déchargement après l’achèvement de la tuyauterie d’expansion, et complète le processus d’alimentation, d’expansion de la tuyauterie, d’expansion, de déploiement, de déplacement, de rotation et de déchargement dans une seule serre.
（2）Expanding station: The movement of expanding position in and out is controlled by servo motor reducer.
(3) Product movement: The automatic double-speed chain conveyor is adopted. This structure is used for the entry, removal and movement of the work station of the product.
(4) Product unloading: The height and position of unloading are controlled by servo motor, and the product is automatically conveyed to the conveyor belt of vertical degreasing furnace by the left and right clamping mechanism of cylinder.
(5) Servo motor and touch screen are used to set and control the positioning height and expanding position of expanding pipe.
   (6) Adjust the height of the workpiece by rotating the screw mounted on both sides of the fuselage
